Vantage IT service management consists of three main components: Business Service Management, End-user Experience Monitoring and Application Performance Management.
Business Service Management
Vantage Business Service Management (BSM) provides real-time views of IT service delivery so that CIOs, IT managers and line-of-business counterparts can understand the impact that IT services have on business operations. As a result, Vantage BSM helps you communicate IT service delivery more effectively, meet SLAs, improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and increase satisfaction with IT.
End-user Experience Monitoring
Vantage end-user experience monitoring provides high-level views of application service from the end-user perspective. These views allow IT to monitor all applications all the time, enabling proactive IT service management. Vantage end-user experience monitoring also puts application performance in context of key business entities: applications, users and locations. With this perspective, Vantage helps you assess the scope of a performance problem and isolate it to the client, network, server or application tier so you can assign the right expert to the job.
Application Performance Management
By providing detailed application analytics, Vantage pinpoints and helps correct the causes of poor application performance wherever they reside—client workstations, the network, a server or even the application itself—thus, eliminating time-consuming guesswork. In addition, Vantage application analytics helps ensure successful application rollouts and provides crucial information for establishing and meeting service requirements.
