In 1989 Integrated Management Services (IMS) was started with a vision that the mind conceives, the brain creates and the body experiences. Our Process Improvement Practice focuses on Business Process Improvement (BPI), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Library Information&Research Services and Organizational Resource Planning. Our BPI experience covers many of the most pressing workflow challenges to businesses today including customer relationship management, conflicts&intake, records management, purchasing, payables and financial processing, human resource management and risk management.
The Technology Management Practice specializes in application and infrastructure planning, deployment and operations. Our expertise in these areas include Strategic Planning, Data Networking, Telecommunications, Data Center Operations, Disaster Recovery, Messaging&Communications Systems, Document Management Systems, Litigation Support and Knowledge Management tools.
